In honor of National Reading Month this past March, The Larry Fitzgerald Foundation was proud to have the opportunity to support two amazing schools and their Scholastic book fairs. Whitman Elementary School, located in Mesa, AZ and Lattie Coor Elementary School, located in Avondale, AZ are both title 1 schools and we understand that often times, children would like to participate in book fairs but may not always have the resources.
Thank you to the teachers and administrators of these two schools in assisting us to make sure every child was afforded the opportunity to participate in the book fairs. We truly believe that having the ability to read is the gateway to expanded learning and opportunities for children.
